Price Match Guarantee

At Sports Fans Merchandise, we're committed to offering competitive prices on the products we sell. If you find the same eligible item advertised for less by a qualifying retailer, we'll gladly review your request.

Our goal is simple: to provide outstanding value while maintaining the quality products and customer service you deserve.

Eligible Price Match Requests

A product may qualify for a price match if it meets all of the following requirements:

The item is identical in every way, including brand, model number, UPC, size, color, quantity, and other applicable specifications.
The item is currently available from both Sports Fans Merchandise and the competing retailer.
The competitor's advertised price is publicly available online at the time of your request.
The competitor is an authorized retailer of the product.
The item is immediately available for purchase and shipment (or local pickup, where applicable).

When comparing prices, we consider the competitor's advertised selling price together with applicable shipping and handling charges to determine the total delivered price.

Our Price Match Promise

If your request qualifies, we'll match the competitor's advertised price on the identical product.

Please note that certain manufacturers maintain Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. Products subject to these pricing restrictions may not be eligible for price matching.

All price match requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

When to Request a Price Match

Price Match requests must be submitted before your order is placed.

Once an order has been completed, we are unable to offer price adjustments or retroactive price matches.

If you find a lower qualifying price before placing your order, simply contact us and we'll be happy to review your request.

How to Request a Price Match

Please contact us before placing your order whenever possible.

To help us review your request quickly, please provide:

A link to the competitor's advertised product.
The competitor's advertised price.
Any additional information needed to verify the item.

We reserve the right to verify both pricing and product availability before approving a price match.

Price Match Exclusions

The following offers are not eligible for price matching:

Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.
Open-box, refurbished, used, pre-owned, or damaged merchandise.
Storewide or category-wide sales.
Percentage-off promotions.
Coupon codes or promotional codes.
Membership pricing.
Employee discounts.
Loyalty rewards.
Credit card promotions.
Gift card offers.
Financing offers.
Mail-in rebates.
Free gift promotions.
Bundle pricing.
Buy One, Get One (BOGO) offers.
Flash sales, lightning deals, doorbusters, or other limited-time promotional events.
Marketplace sellers on websites such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or eBay unless the item is sold directly by the retailer and can be verified as an authorized dealer.
Pricing resulting from typographical, technical, or pricing errors.

Holiday Pricing

Price matching is unavailable from Thanksgiving Day through the end of the week following Thanksgiving, when many retailers offer limited-time promotional pricing that cannot reasonably be matched.

Additional Terms

Sports Fans Merchandise reserves the right to:

Verify competitor pricing and availability.
Decline requests that cannot be verified.
Limit quantities eligible for price matching.
Refuse price match requests that appear fraudulent or intended for resale.
Exclude products restricted by manufacturer pricing policies.
Modify or discontinue this Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.

Final approval of all price match requests remains at the sole discretion of Sports Fans Merchandise.
