Shipping & Returns Policy

At Sports Fans Merchandise, our goal is to deliver your order quickly, accurately, and safely.
We proudly serve sports fans throughout the United States. Many items are stocked at our Southern California retail store, while others ship directly from our trusted manufacturing partners. This allows us to offer one of the largest selections of licensed sports merchandise available online.
Please review the information below regarding shipping, returns, exchanges, and warranties.
Shipping Information
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Some products ship directly from our trusted manufacturing partners and may require additional processing time before shipment. Estimated processing times shown on product pages are based on normal availability and are estimates only. Inventory levels and manufacturer availability can change without notice.
During holidays or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship from different fulfillment locations. If this occurs, your order may arrive in multiple packages at no additional shipping cost to you.
Product Availability
We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information. However, because we offer both in-stock merchandise and products fulfilled directly by our manufacturing partners, product availability cannot always be guaranteed.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and provide available options, which may include waiting for restock, selecting a replacement item, or canceling the affected item.
Backordered Items
Occasionally, an item may become temporarily unavailable after your order has been placed.
If an item is placed on backorder, we will hold your order until the item becomes available unless you request cancellation before it ships.
Estimated availability dates are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice.
Once a backordered item has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Sports Fans Merchandise ships to addresses within the United States only.
We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing. While we cannot guarantee international shipping, we'll gladly review your request and determine whether special shipping arrangements may be possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the shipping method selected.
Selecting an expedited shipping method affects transit time after shipment but does not guarantee same-day order processing.
Orders placed for Next Day Air service on Fridays will typically be delivered on the next business day.
Unexpected Delays
While we make every effort to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, manufacturer shortages, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to shop with confidence.
Most new, unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Include all original packaging.
- Include all manufacturer tags.
- Be in new resalable condition.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival before refunds are processed.
Return Shipping
If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged during shipping, Sports Fans Merchandise will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs up to the amount of the original shipping charge.
Shipping damage or incorrect item claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
If a return is requested for any reason other than our error or shipping damage, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns that are refused, canceled after special processing, or returned in a condition requiring additional inspection or repackaging.

For health and safety reasons, the following items are also non-returnable:
- Face masks
- Face covers
- Scarves
- Gloves
- Headwear
- Beverage containers
- Jewelry
- Infant products
Apparel Returns
Apparel may be returned within 21 days of delivery.
Returned apparel must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Include original packaging
To begin an apparel return, log into your customer account and select Request a Return for the applicable order.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Every shipment is carefully inspected before leaving our facility. If something isn't right, we'll work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, the fastest way to receive your replacement item is to place a new order after your return has been authorized.
Once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed according to this policy.
If the exchange is required because of our error, we'll also refund the original shipping charges.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically completed within 10–15 business days, including:
- Return shipping transit time
- Inspection and processing
- Refund issuance
- Bank processing time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Electronics & Manufacturer Warranties
Many electronic products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty rather than our standard return policy.
If you experience a problem with an electronic product, please contact us. We'll gladly help direct you to the appropriate manufacturer or warranty process whenever applicable.
Sports Fans Merchandise does not provide warranties beyond those offered by the product manufacturer.
Manufacturer Direct & Special Order Items
Many products are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners.
These items are considered Special Order merchandise and are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
Manufacturers occasionally update product designs, packaging, logos, or colors without notice.
If receiving the exact design shown is important to you, please contact us before placing your order.
Expedited shipping may not be available on all manufacturer-direct items.
