Item Availability
When viewing an item on www.SportsFansMerchandise.com, you will see the quantity to purchase option. While most of the orders placed on our website ship within the time frame stated, this is not a declaration of an item being in stock or a guarantee that the item will ship within this time frame. This time frame gives you the idea of how long an item usually takes to ship out.
Some items we stock, other items we ship factory direct or 3rd party direct. Because of this, we do not guarantee any items as being in stock on our website since there are various locations to ship the item from and inventories are constantly changing.
Backorder Policy
If your item states it is a "BACKORDER" item before you place an order or gets placed on backorder after your placed your order because it just sold out, we will hold your order and ship once the item is available. The date shown is just an ETA. There is always a chance it could come in earlier or get pushed back due to delays out of our control.
PLEASE NOTE: We will automatically ship your backordered item once it comes in, no matter how long it has been on backorder unless we are told to cancel before it ships. If you ask us to cancel a backorder after it ships the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price paid to the original payment method. All returns must be in original packaging with product tags attached as it was sent. Items without original product packaging, and/or manufacturer tags are considered used and are non-returnable. We will reimburse the return shipping costs (up to the original shipping cost) if the return is a result of receiving an incorrect item or the item was damaged during shipping (Any claim of item(s) received damaged must be made within 3 days of receipt of the item. The shipping company will conduct their investigation and confirm the item was damaged while in their possession. The result of that investigation will determine our liability for return shipping cost). If a return is found to be a user error, the cost of any return shipping paid by Sports Fans Merchandise will be charged to the buyer's original payment method, and the return will not be processed for a refund or exchange. Some returns may incur a 20% restocking fee depending on the reason for the return. Due to the nature of electronic merchandise, we are not in a position to determine user error from manufacturer defect, so this information does not apply to electronic merchandise. Please read further for our policy concerning electronic merchandise.
All returns are inspected and photographed upon receipt. If the original item is not returned in original condition, the buyer will be charged for any return shipping paid by Sports Fans Merchandise, and no refund will be processed.
Sports Fans Merchandise does not offer any warranty, implied or otherwise, for the performance, construction, or durability of any product we sell. Individual manufacturers of the products we sell, may or may not offer warranty against defects occurred during manufacturing or for a guaranteed specific period of use. Please see the manufacturer's website for warranty information, if any, that they may offer. All claims for warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
All Wholesale / Tax-Exempt purchases are final sales. These orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Face masks, face covers, scarves, gloves, Headwear, beverage items, and infant products are non-returnable due to safety restrictions.
Return Merchandise Timeframes
We may at our discretion, send out replacement items with a pre-paid return shipping label to ship back the claimed merchandise. If in this case, the claimed item(s) is(are) not received within 14 days from receipt of the replacement, the original payment method will be charged for the replacement items sent, as well as postage cost to ship those item(s).
Electronic Merchandise Return Policy
Sports Fans Merchandise does not warrant any electronic merchandise. Electronic merchandise (rechargeable, battery-operated, 12v, 120v, mechanical, cables etc.) are not eligible for returns. These items will sometimes carry a manufacturer's warranty for a specified period of time from the date of purchase. Please reach out to our customer service dept. with any questions prior to purchasing, for any warranty availability on electronic merchandise. (Please see below for Custom Autosound products)
Holiday Merchandise Return Policy
All holiday return merchandise will be in the form of store credit only. Return shipping is not supplied for this type of return. A 20% restocking fee will also be imposed on all store credit returns.
Inflatables
We do not provide warranties on inflatable items. Any warranty that may exist would be through the manufacturer of the item.
Clothing / Apparel
We have a 21-day return policy on all apparel, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return, and send the item back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please log into your online account. Next to the purchase in question, select the 'request a return' link to start the process. If your return is accepted and due to an error by SFM, a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, will be sent. Return shipping not due to shipper (SFM) error will be the responsibility of the party returning the item. Items sent back to SFM without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages / Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We inspect each shipment for accuracy prior to shipping, so these issues are rare at best.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (lighters, etc.). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If an exchange is authorized on a return, the fastest way to receive your item is to make a separate purchase after your return has been approved. All return items are video recorded and photographed for proof of item and condition the return is received. Once the return is received and processed, a refund for the item's purchase price will be issued according to our return processing time frames. If the return is due to an error on the pat of SFM, the original shipping charge will also be refunded.
Return Processing Times
Any accepted return will be refunded within 10-15 business days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Shipping Guidelines
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item may be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will include packaging material necessary to deliver your item(s) safely.
Please Note: The item's estimated shipping time is not affected by the level of service chosen. While we make every effort to ship Air Service and Priority items same day, we do not guarantee Air Service items will leave the same day. Shipping times depend on the volume of orders purchased on that day, the location in which the item is shipped from, and the time in which the item was purchased that day. Please feel free to email us with any questions or concerns.
Picture / Photo Disclaimer: As styles and designs change from time to time, it is our policy to replace any discontinued, or unavailable items with the current item's design. Please let us know in your order notes that you do not wish the current design to be shipped, but would prefer a cancelation of the order. Pictures are provided to illustrate product. Actual design may vary depending on manufacturer's current production.
Fulfillment Partners
Most items from Fanmats, Team Golf, Riddell, PML, Picnic Time, and Custom Autosound are shipped directly from the manufacturers. Because these items are fulfilled directly from the manufacturer, these items are considered 'special order' items. Special order items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and shipped at current design from manufacturer which may differ from te listed design on the item's detail page. Please contact us prior to ordering if this policy may affect your purchasing decision. Please reach out prior to purchasing for current processing times on items from these companies. Expedited services are not always available from our fulfillment partners, or may be offered at a higher rate than quoted through our website. Please contact us regarding expedited shipping availability and/or cost prior to ordering. We thank you for your understanding.
Custom Autosound Warranty
If your radio is still currently covered under our 1-2 year manufacturer’s warranty and is not working
properly, please follow the instructions below for repair or replacement.
First email our Customer Service Department and explain the problem you are having. The majority of problems are minor and can be resolved over the phone.
However, if there is still a problem, ask the technician for a Return Authorization (RA) number and ship the radio to us.
If your radio falls outside of our 1-2 year warranty we may be able to fix it or replace it. You will be contacted if there is additional cost. Please ship your radio & all original components included accessory cables/brackets, etc. to the address below. Use the original packaging if possible.
IMPORTANT: Please include
(1) a printed explanation of the problem(s) you are experiencing along with your phone/email address.
(2) the return address you would like us to return your radio.
(3) a dated copy of the original sales or purchase receipt
