Product Overview
PML makes spark plug wire covers to match our Nailhead valve covers and valley plate. The spark plug wire covers have a classic design with straight fins and feature heavy duty sand cast construction. They come in natural cast finish or in polished.
PML designed these Nailhead V8 spark plug wire covers to work with our valve covers for an integrated, clean look. These may or may not line up with other Nailhead valve covers.
In the polish finish, the sides and the top of the fins are polished. The area between the fins remains in the natural cast finish for contrast. Read about finishes and construction of PML parts.
1953 to 1966 Buick 264, 322, 364, 401 and 425 Nailhead V8 engines.
Mounting Studs and Clips
In 1953 to 1956 Buick Nailhead engines, the stud is in the head and the spark plug wire covers fit on the studs. 1957 to 1966 engines do not have studs. PML sells a mounting clips package to work with these spark plug wire covers. The mounting clips are held on by a head bolt and provide an attachment point for a stud or piece of all thread. A stud or piece of all thread is not included with the mounting clips.
The package for includes four mounting clips. If you wish to purchase the mounting clips, please call to order.
