The 4001DVC dual voice coil speaker is a bracketed 4"x10" speaker that has two loudspeakers designed to reproduce high frequencies on it. One speaker will handle the left channel while the other will handle the right channel designed to give stereo audio output from a mono location. We recommend this speaker for applications with this specific bracket and speaker size application. The design of this cone allows for more surface area to provide better mid-range response. Often with dual dash mount speakers, the center of plate does not create any midrange sound, but with this speaker you have full mid-range response. Connecting this speaker is easy to do, with the four wire connections on the back; plus and minus for the left and plus and minus for the right channel.
